Low Inventory, Quicker Deals!

 

Average days on the market continue to decline as a result of the low inventory. We aren't seeing a large influx of new lakefront listings in the Finger Lakes. We've returned to the seasonal norms we typically see in the beginning of the year. Good news for those interested in listing their lake home, it's still a sellers market. Prices are driven by supply and demand. The low supply of lake homes on the market across Finger Lakes Region means continued upward pressure on home prices.
