Nicole recently returned to Upstate New York from Philadelphia, bringing with her over eleven years of high-level real estate experience with Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams. What truly sets Nicole apart is her rare combination of market expertise and hands-on craftsmanship—she’s not only worked in development and short-term rentals, but has also been directly involved in building and restoring lake homes throughout the Finger Lakes. Brian Zerges

Brian Zerges is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and the founder and owner of Finger Lakes Premier Properties (FLPP), which he has successfully led for more than 30 years. A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, Brian began his career in California, where he spent over seven years working as a Licensed Real Estate Broker specializing in commercial sales, syndication, and property management. Those experiences laid the foundation for his return to Upstate New York, where he built FLPP into the largest lakeside real estate and vacation rental management firm in the Finger Lakes.

Brian is recognized as a Resort and Second Home Specialist by the National Association of Realtors and is an active member of the Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA). His deep understanding of waterfront properties, investment opportunities, and vacation rental ownership makes him a trusted leader and advisor throughout the region. Brian’s passion for lakeside living began at just five years old while spending summers on Keuka and Seneca Lakes, and today he continues to enjoy boating and sharing the Finger Lakes lifestyle with his family.
